I believe a good connection between a pet owner and sitter is necessary for a happy pet and great experience. I understand that everyone has different communication styles, and I like to sort out how we can best work together in a phone call. I also find that the best way to establish a healthy work relationship is to meet in person to discuss boundaries, expectations of availability and acquire a regime of pet needs.
