This was our first time using HSA and we had a great experience.
She took good care of our house and our dog. Our dog is still looking for her now that she is gone. That speaks volumes about how she cared for our dog.

Angela and Anna are responsible and outgoing people, and our pets warmed up to them quickly. We felt comfortable leaving our house and pets in their care. They were communicative before and during their stay, regularly shared photos and videos of our furbabies, and were capable and understanding when an unexpected snafu arose with our A/C units. Angela was really great to work with and I felt totally at ease & comfy with her staying in our home. She checked in a couple times over the sit which was super sweet. House was left totally clean & tidy. A true pleasure!

Angela and Annie were soooo wonderful!! Great communication, lots of photos of Scruffy the wonder cat and most of all they really got to know how great Grand Junction is!! When our flight was unexpectedly canceled they were more than willing to stay an e yea day; everything was spot on when we returned and scruffy still misses them!!
