Saguache Colorado

Located in the beautiful San Luis Valley Colorado. Approximately 3hours from Denver and 2-3hours from Colorado Springs. You will need your own transportation. This an off grid home with solar system, well and septic. Cute cabin and is non smoking home-of any kind. Good WiFi. You will have your own room and bathroom.

The dogs and cats are indoor/outdoor, and the birds are free range. Hopefully the gift of fresh eggs from the ladies.

The view is stunning of the Sangre De Christo mountains and the Milky Way at night. Very peaceful and quiet.

The property is very private. It is about 10 minutes to the closest town, which has two gas stations, a diner, pizza pub(which has excellent cheesecake), burger/mexican restaurant, coffee shop, thrift store, liquor store, and of course a post office. It is about 45 minutes to the next two larger towns Salida and Alamosa, and they have just about anything else you may need.

There is a lot to explore-Crestone, several Hot Springs, Great Sand Dunes, Zapata Falls and much more.

There are outside and inside plants to be watered.
