Bellevue Washington

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood across the lake, near beaches and close to the mountains but with the convenience of living right near the city. It's the best of both worlds!

We live across the road from a Lake on an almost acre lot at the end of a small community lane. We have a beautiful view from our large deck that overlooks our garden and the trails around the lake.

At the same time, we are only 10 mins away from Bellevue City Center and 15-20 minutes away from Seattle City Center. There are great restaurants, eateries and touristic sites to see. If you love hiking, we are close by to many wonderful trails including Weona Park down the street where you can stop for lunch by a waterfall. Robinswood Park is just down the street. If you love the beach, we are 5-10 minutes from Lake Sammamish for water fun, fishing and other recreational activities. If you love the mountains for hiking or skiing, these are close by too! Snoqualmie "The Summit" ski resort is about 30 minutes away and is a popular destination as a hub for skiers everywhere.

We have pets! All super easy and straight forward. We have two friendly small dogs - a miniature beagle and a cocker spaniel. Both are well trained, friendly and easy to care for (no special needs). They just need walks and exercise, fed twice daily. Snuggles.

We also have two relaxed indoor cats, they mostly take care of themselves and you don't need to do much except give them cuddles (food, water, litter is all automated).

Our chickens live outdoors and have a couple weeks supply of feed and water. So it's just checking in on them.
