Lovely full Mountain View Sequim Home: 2 Level home; 1/2 bath available on main level; upstairs queen bed and full bath. Care for pet cat; has automated feeder and water; needs litter box attention at times; fresh water every few days, cat is indoors mostly; can choose to go outside; always in the house by 7:30 pm until morning after feeding at about 6:30 am. (automatic feeder); treats given in the evening after 7:30pm. He is a friendly cat. There is a garden that has automated watering; but the greenhouse may need doors opened to cool it should the weather be extreme but vegetable should be mostly gone by end of September. Enjoy what vegetables available. Small lawn may require cutting.
Home has Wi-Fi, laundry, driveway parking, small pond with waterfall to listen to in back yard, Nice neighborhood is quiet and near a golf course and the Dungeness Spit. Looking for Single person or Couple. Sequim has Costco, Home Depot, Walmart, Safeway and QFC and small town shops.
