We are a recently retired (2+ years) couple and currently have no pets of our own. We are both healthy and active, love to travel and love animals. Hiking/biking, mountains and beaches are all favorites. We were both educators and also had a cabin rental business, so we understand the value of caring for a property. We would happily love your pets as our own and be conscientious house sitters!
*We love House Sitters America! (We are also members of Trustedhousesitters and have great reviews from previous sits) The past 2 years have been so fun traveling, meeting awesome people and caring for their pets and homes. It's been filled w/fabulous adventures, memories and friendships!

If there was an option for 10 stars, Barb and Tim would get my vote for all 10 of them! They are professional, engaging, left the house in perfect condition, my plants and flowers were happy and most of all Atlas the cat spent 25 blissful days under their lovining and attentive care. Their communication was regular and highly detailed.They also sent regular photos! If you are lucky enough to have Barb and Tim interested in your house sit, don't delay. Barbara and Tim took great care of our house and Luna while we were on a 2.5 week trip. Luna is a energetic and playful 50# Goldendoodle. A week ahead of time, they traveled 2 hours each way to visit us, to ensure they knew everything needed. It was greatly appreciated. They took marvelous care of Luna, including extended morning walks and daily play sessions in the backyard. It was clear when we returned that Luna loved them! Barb and Tim were truly the best pet sitters for my 5 year old cat! I was gone for 3 weeks and did not wonder or worry about Mea for one second. They sent frequent updates and photos of lap time and play time. Barb and Tim made my vacation worry free. They left my home and yard perfect. 5 star people!

Tim and Barbara are THE best! Left our beloved Scruffy in their care for nearly two weeks and never had a moment’s worry. He (Scruffy) kept them both entertained and vice versa. We think he was sad when they left!! Our house was in perfect order when we returned and our plants were doing well despite the 100+ degree heat. With our HOA’s irrigation system being VERY unreliable, Tim made sure to hand-water all the veggies and flowers . Barb sent Scruffy photos and videos daily (or 2 or 3 times ... MORE

Tim and Barbara were fantastic! They gave us an update every day on our dog Lexi along with pictures. When we got home the towels, and sheets were washed. and the house was cleaned. They watered all the plants and got the mail. They left us the sweetest card they had made with pictures of our dog on it. Once again, I had a great experience with House sitters America. Tim and Barb were fantastic. They were reliable , nice, conscientious people. My dog Abby was content and relaxed and both the house and Abby were cleaner than I left them! I would for sure use them again if they were interested.

Barb and Tim were excellent house and cat sitters. Upon meeting I felt at ease leaving the home and cat in their care. While I was explaining Lucky the cat was aloof Lucky came around the corner and instantly took to Barb and Tim. Lucky and I knew he was in good hands, and I was able to have a month of carefree travel. The house and cat were in as good or better shape than when I left. Tim and Barb are wonderful house and pet sitters and we are so grateful they stayed with us. The dogs, cats, and chickens were happy and well taken care and the house was cleaner when we got back than when we had left it! Thank you so much and we hope you will consider us again in the future!

Tim and Barb were wonderful with my house and my pets. My pup Huey was very sad to see them leave. They spoiled him with playtime and walks and cuddles. My usually aloof kitty, Gracie, warmed right up to them and was very social with them. That's a huge compliment from her. Not only that, but the house was left very clean and tidy. I would gladly welcome them back any time! Thank you Tim and Barb for taking such excellent care of my home and fur family!
