I am quiet, resourceful, independent, CLEAN, and I love animals but I'm unfortunately allergic to cats.

I've raised all my kids and am living my "bonus round". I own a digital marketing agency, which means I can work from anywhere, but reliable Wi-Fi is a must.

I owned my own home(s) for over 20 years. I've house sat for a couple on here (see references) and I'm extremely resourceful. I believe there is a solution for everything and I'm really good at ensuring things run smoothly.

I'm "mature", I don't drink, don't smoke. I'm responsible and reliable.

I have had a variety of pets, but dogs have been a part of our family forever. I know the importance of a "pet family" and trusting someone with a member of your family is HUGE. I promise to love your pets and ensure your property is very well taken care of.

We really appreciate that Karen was very patient and understanding with Carlos as he can take some time to warm up to new folks. She took great care of him and sent us routine communications and pictures of their days & adventures. When we arrived home our house was clean and well maintained and Carlos was very spunky and happy. He seems to really enjoy the leftover homemade dog food! Would highly recommend Karen for any future house/dog sitting!

No rating Karen was a wonderful housesitter. We came back to a happy dog and a very clean house. There were substantial times while we were traveling that we had no way to communicate, she was completely comfortable taking care of all situations that arose and was in contact when she was able. We would enjoy having her back as a house sitter. Thanks for taking such good care.
