Coming soon...We have had a Tibetan Terrier, a cocker spaniel who had epilepsy and took Phenobarbital daily. We've also have been around friends and family's cats and small animals. We love to explore new areas of the U.S. and meet new people.
We are Christian, non-smokers who enjoy golfing, hiking, music and being near the ocean. I'm presently in a Gospel group that sings at our local UMC. My husband is also an artist whose work hangs in the Presidential Library/Museum of President Gerald Ford.
We will treat your home as our own and keep it clean and your yard tidy.
You will find us reliable and great problem-solvers, if need be. Since we are retired, our schedule is flexible.
Transportation is not a problem as we have newer vehicles, and we enjoy seeing the country as we drive to your home.
We prefer summertime housesitting to leave the heat of Arizona.

Sherry and Steve are amazing and you would be lucky if they choose to house sit for you! They looked after our home and two rambunctious 7 month old springer spaniels while we were traveling. Not only did they keep our home in tip top condition, but more importantly, they were extremely loving and patient with our hyper energetic and unruly fur babies. They regularly sent us photos and updates on how the pups were doing and also took one of them to the Vet when she developed an ear infection. ... MORE

We engaged Sherry & Steve to mind our home & 70 acres, two dogs, etc. for two months. Steve took care of mowing our small back yard—close to the day we returned, we discovered he'd also mowed the entire 1/4 mile driveway edges. The mowing was only one among many delights we found. Upon our return we found home-made enchilada casseroles for dinner & Steve had gifted us with one of his plein-air paintings of rural Virginia—the pantry, refrigerator, and freezer were full. No rating Sherry and Steve were beyond words GREAT!!!! I would recommend them to anyone in any situation. They took care far beyond what is expected of sitters, addressing needs as they arose as if they were their own, volunteered and participated with our community, communicated regularly, kept our home and garden happy and healthy and kept our cars running. No rating Cheryl ( Sherry) & Steve Clack took care of our home, fish tank & sick cat. They cared for my cat as if it were their own. Keeping me informed as to his condition. When it became necessary, they took him to the vet and stayed with him when he had to be put to sleep. They took better care of our home & yard than we do. They are trustworthy & dependable. No rating Sherry and Steve were fantastic parents for our Tibetan Terrier for almost 3 weeks -walking her twice a day, playing frisbee with her, loving her and sending us pictures while we were traveling. They came a day or so early to get used to things and so we could host them with dinner on our patio, They took us to the airport and picked us up, and even had dinner for us when we returned.
