No rating I can't say enough good things about Jan! She was thorough and professional yet friendly. She asks great questions to make sure she's clear on instructions including how much communication we wanted to receive while away--she then stuck carefully to that plan. Jan was able to relate with and communicate with both my children regarding their animals' required care and we were totally confident leaving our home and our assortment of pets (including a ball python) in Jan's care.
