I had an excellent experience with Mercedes! She took great care of my cat and my English bulldog, Moose, while I was away. Moose can be temperamental but he and Mercedes got along wonderfully. I appreciated her communication and attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Mercedes again in the future for another sit.

Mercedes was very conscientious about communicating with us right from the start. Although this was her first sit, you'd never know it. She lives about 4 hours from our home but took the time to make the trip to visit the area before our scheduled sit. We were able to meet and became very comfortable with each other right away.
