I am a mature professional woman, have good credit, nonsmoker, very quiet, and excellent references. I was displaced by the wildfires and flooding in Northern California. Everything was destroyed including my computer. I lost all my references and pictures of 20 years. I reached out to the few people I could find and got personal references from renting from them.

Since March I have been living covid responsible, sheltering in place in almost total isolation, wear masks, and social distancing.
