I'm a reliable and responsible individual who has owned his own company for 25+ years. Because of this, I'm willing and able to travel to you to take care of your home, pets, plants & gardens.

I was taught by my wonderful, traditional parents to "leave a place cleaner than I found it" and I have followed this great advice my entire life.

I've been entrusted by many over the past 20+ years to house sit many homes and pets.

I'm a reliable, responsible, mature adult that will treat your home as I treat my own.

I love animals & have had a variety of pets throughout my life, so I'm very capable of taking care of your fur babies.

I also have a green thumb, so tending to your plants and garden will be my pleasure as well.

Jim did a wonderful job taking care of our home and our 17 year old cat. He kept the house clean and was a great house sitter. He handled an unscheduled garage door service call professionally and efficiently. He volunteered to mow and water the lawns (which is a big job in itself) and learned how to use a zero-turning-radius mower as a benefit. Jim was awesome. He took care of our dog, cat, and small garden for 6 days. The house was just as we left it (maybe even cleaner) and our dog and cat seemed well taken care of. Jim was super responsive and very friendly. We'd love to have him sit for us again!

Jim was absolutely amazing! Not only did he provide amazing care for my horse, dog, two cats and bird for 6 weeks. He went above and beyond in caretaking my home inside and out. He cleaned the garage, cleaned my house, helped with yard work. He was very communicative and provided updates and pictures throughout the time he stayed. I came home to a clean home and happy animals! Would gladly have Jim out to housesit for my mini-zoo at anytime.

Jim is engaging, friendly, and very responsible. Took great care of the house, which was sparkling when I returned, and the pets. We had to juggle both of our schedules and he was flexible and communicative as we worked it out. He even cleaned the refrigerator shelves, unasked!

Jim was a wonderful housesitter. Friendly and clear in his communications from the start. He was able to come and housesit for us on quite short notice. He arrived the day before to meet our cats (one of whom has to take daily medication). We left feeling very reassured. His communication throughout the stay was great and he was able yo bring in parcels and mail, and even let a contractor in one day for routine maintenence.
