We are a non-smoking nature-loving couple from Santa Fe, New Mexico. We're homeowners who enjoy traveling which means we seek out housesitters on a regular basis. As such, we make great housesitters ourselves! We have gardens, a dog and cat, and houseplants; and in the past we’ve had chickens and a pet python. So we know what it takes to care for lots of plants and animals. You can rest assured your home, plants and pets would be in great caring hands.

Fast reliable internet is a MUST (we are both remote workers). We’d be at the home with your pets most of the time, but we are also avid hikers who love the outdoors so we’d much much prefer a housesit that would allow us some freedom away from the house on the weekends for day hikes or scenic drives.

Depending on the length of the sit and if it’s within driving distance, we may want to travel with our senior border collie, Maya. Her active days are now behind her and she mostly just sleeps nowadays and is very well socialized with cats, dogs, chickens, horses, etc. (we used to foster for our local animal shelter so she's really great with all kinds of animals).
