I took early retirement after working in veterinary day practice and internal medicine/critical care for over 25 years. My husband, John, is a retired accountant/auditor who is very organized and tidy! We do not have children -- our dogs and cats have been our beloved family members, but now we have just 2 cats left with us! We love to travel all over the world and have found that petsitting is a perfect combination for us. We fall in love with all of the animals we spend time with, and miss them when we move on. Our priority is always your pets, not tourism.
I am experienced and comfortable giving medicine to pets (yes, even pills to cats), and will keep a close eye out for any problems. We love blending travel with having new pets to enjoy, new people to meet, and new places to explore! (We especially love being able to take the dogs along with us on our explorations).

Several of our pet sits involved giving multiple medications to both dogs and cats, including one with seizures and one that developed an autoimmune disorder that we caught just in time. We communicated quickly with owners and Vet in both situations and all went well, thankfully.
As responsible homeowners ourselves, we will respect and look after your property per your instructions.
