Hi, I'm Annie! I've been moving seasonally for 5 years, and house-sitting regularly for 2 years. I've been a cat lover my whole life, and I understand their unique needs, preferences, and behaviors. I'm happy to provide housesitting and TLC for cats and chickens. I am super clean, thoughtful, and responsible, and I will care for your home and your pets as though they were my own. I'm a non-smoker and a quiet introvert, and I currently have no pets of my own. I own my home in Wilmington NC, so I understand what's involved with home ownership, and I know how it feels to entrust someone with the care of your space and your beloved family pets. I'm 46 and I've been working remote in technology for 10+ years. Outside of work, I am a rock climber, so I enjoy visiting the mountains. My only requirement is fast/reliable WiFi for work. Where do I start?! From the moment we started talking with Annie, I knew I wanted her to be "the one" for our home and critters. By the questions she asked, and the information she provided about herself, we could tell she took the job of housesitting very seriously, and that she would probably be more conscientious in taking care of our home than we are. Annie is superb at what she signed up to do--loving and caring for our two senior sister kitties and managing our home. She is very organized and dependable. Annie is an excellent communicator--sweet photos of playful times with the kitties made us smile while we were away. A tidy house and 2 very relaxed and happy cats greeted us when we returned. We highly recommend her!!

Annie was a great house/pet sitter! She was very conscientious, asked great questions, and kept my house clean and my cats happy. She sent lots of pics of my kitties while I was gone which helped ease my mind. I am very grateful that I found Annie!

Annie is an AMAZING housesitter - 100% recommend her. She send wonderful photos of our cats during our trip and communication was terrific. She left the house cleaner than it started! And our cats agree - one of our cats has long hair and tears the fur out from his tail when he is stressed ... and we typically return from a vacation to find his tail resembling a little rat tail with bare spots (very sad). Annie is amazing! We can't wait to have her back. We all know the experience of leaving our wonderful furry family members while we go on our business or our pleasure trips and how stressful that can be. I can without reservation recommend Annie as a house and pet sitter. We were out of the country for 6.5 weeks and will absolutely ask her to house/pet sit for us again in the future. First off, Annie is an excellent communicator before, during, and after the sit. Upon returning to our home we were pleased to note that the house was spotlessly clean, everything was in order, and that our cats had been looked after lovingly.
