Hello!

I love animals and am quite a homebody so I'll be happy to spend most of each day in your home with your pet(s). I've recently lost my tiny senior dog & now have lots of time and love to give your dog(s), cat(s), or? I'm experienced with giving pets oral & injected medications & eye drops, & if you like I'll gladly keep your pet well groomed. (My dogs were brushed, trimmed, had teeth brushed daily, paws wiped after walks, etc.)

If your home is near the Rockies, or West, I'd drive to your home & would have my car throughout my stay. If a sit is a longer distance, I'd be happy to fly.

I've used House Sitters America for years as a home/pet owner & have had great experiences with the sitters I've found. It's now time for me to be the sitter! If you look at my reviews as an owner, which I reposted below, you will see my sitters were happy with me, my adorable pup, & the clean condition of my home. I also have reviews as a petsitter, all from 2021-2022. I hope you can see I will make a responsible & great sitter for you, treating your pets and home as my own.

THEIR REVIEW OF YOU: Annie has a Wonderful space to hang out in here in Las Vegas! This gated condominium complex has great amenities, is very secure, and her place is comfortable and spacious. I cannot say enough about Teena, the mini Yorkie. She is so cute and cuddly, loves hanging out with people, and is easy to care for. If you are looking to spend time in Vegas, there is no better place to hang out!

THEIR REVIEW OF YOU: I really enjoyed sitting with Teena. She is the sweetest most precious dog. I fell in love. Annie has a beautiful home and the courtyard is perfect for Teena's walks. I would love to take care of Teena again.

THEIR REVIEW OF YOU: This sit was a great opportunity to come to Las Vegas, visit friends and hit the casinos. The homeowner, Annie is very pleasant and laid back. Her home is extremely comfortable and centrally located. She has a small, adorable dog named Teena, who I do not believe to be a dog. Teena is exceptionally intelligent and enjoys her morning walks. I highly recommend this sit.

Annie did a great job minding and entertaining our 5 month old mini Golden doodle, Dash, while we were away for three weeks. She kept him clean, exercised and occupied, and even managed to teach him some tricks. We were very pleased with the outcome, and her communication during this time, and we were also very grateful she adjusted her schedule to accommodate a flight cancellation on our way home. Annie has a real devotion to dogs and we would happily use her again.

Annie was an absolutely wonderful house and pet sitter. She was friendly and professional, communicating with us regularly both before and during her stay. Our sometimes shy dog and cat both took to her at once - and lots of cuddles - and she provided them with the highest level of care. Annie was awesome. She kept our house in tip-top shape and provided loving care to our 2 dogs. In fact, she probably took better care of them then we do - she brushed them and walked them and gave us frequent updates. One of our dogs chose to spend our first night home with her - that's how much they bonded. She did such a great job, I have her coming back again in 3 weeks!

I don't even know where to start! Annie is incredible! She was such a good communicator before and during her sit. Our four dogs need a lot of attention and love and can be very picky on who watches them. The second she walked in they just loved her! For my oldest dog that is extremely rare and we are now convinced Annie is a dog whisperer. :) She took excellent care of the house, our fish, and plants as well. Annie was a great communicator and took good care of my kitties. When I returned, they were glad to see me, but I could tell they had received a good amount of attention and love and were not stressed out at all. I am so grateful for that and feel I could travel again feeling confident to leave them in Annie's care any time.

We are so glad to have met Annie! Not only did she take such good care of our home and plants, but throughout our stay we knew our dog was in good hands. She took good care of Mojo; fed him, played with him and even bathed and groomed him. Annie was a great house sitter and pet sitter. My big St. Bernard was beautiful when we returned home and the litter box for Kitty was clean. Our home showed no signs of her even being here. I'll be happy to hire Annie again.
