We used this site to find a house sitter during our 6 week trip. We have two dogs and 3 cats plus the house that needed to be cared for. Bob agreed to come and take care of everything. He not only cared for the animals, but took us to the airport, and retrieved us at the end of the trip. Things could not have been better when we got back. Except that the dogs seemed to have missed him more that they were happy to see us back. We were very happy and will use the site during our next trip, although hopefully Bob will be available again.
